Creating your special day, your way, one that you will remember with joy

I was considered an ‘older bride’ when I finally married. I didn’t know about celebrants at the time, but was extremely lucky; that Susan, the local vicar, was prepared to be a little lenient. In terms of church weddings, mine was somewhat unconventional; most of my friends already had children and I wanted them all to be part of the ceremony so I had 14 bridesmaids and 5-page boys. It was a party all the way down and back up the aisle – just what I wanted. That’s what I do for my couples; help them to create a day they remember with joy, just as I do.

I meet with my couples and together we work out exactly what you both want, be it a secular wedding where I help you write your own vows, one with religious elements, or a blend of both. Together we compose a plan; mini-rituals, readings, music, even dance can be included.
